By accessing and using encalc.net ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. 服务说明

Encalc provides web-based engineering calculation tools. These tools are provided as a service ("SaaS") and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

3. 责任免责声明

工程警示： 本网站提供的计算结果均为理论模型。内燃机的实际应用存在重大风险。我们不保证针对任何特定实际装置的结果具有绝对准确性。因使用本站计算结果而导致的任何机械故障、财产损失、人身伤害或经济损失，Encalc 概不承担责任。

4. 付款与记录商户

我们的订购流程由我们的在线经销商完成 Paddle.com. Paddle 是我们所有订单的记录商户（Merchant of Record）。Paddle 负责处理所有客户服务咨询及退货事宜。

5. 知识产权

所有软件、C++ 算法及网站内容均为 Encalc 的专有财产。严禁尝试对我们的专有逻辑进行逆向工程、爬取或再分发。

6. 争议解决

因本条款引起的任何争议，应首先尝试通过 非正式协商 为期至少 30 天。如未能解决，争议应通过 具有约束力的仲裁 依据乌克兰法律。
