1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using encalc.net ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Description of Service
Encalc provides web-based engineering calculation tools. These tools are provided as a service ("SaaS") and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Disclaimer of Liability
Engineering Warning: The calculations provided by the Website are theoretical models. Real-world applications of internal combustion engines involve significant risks. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of results for any specific physical build. Encalc shall not be held liable for any mechanical failure, property damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from the use of our calculations.
4. Payments and Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, C++ algorithms, and website content are the exclusive property of Encalc. You are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute our proprietary logic.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations for a period of at least 30 days. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
