Refund Policy

1. Overview and Scope

Encalc ("we", "us", or "our") provides digital engineering services and calculation tools (the "Services"). By purchasing a subscription or an individual calculation report on encalc.net, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (European Union / EEA & UK Consumers)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if you are located in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you are entitled to a 14-day statutory cooling-off period after your purchase of digital content or services.

However, please note that when you purchase a digital product or initiate an immediate calculation:

• You expressly consent to the immediate performance and delivery of the Services upon completion of the transaction.
• You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal and cancellation once the digital calculation has been generated or the service has been accessed.

3. General Refund Eligibility

Outside of the statutory cooling-off period, all sales of digital reports and calculations are generally final. Exceptions to this policy are decided on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: A system error prevents the generation of the simulation results or makes the service entirely unusable.
• Duplicate purchases: An accidental duplicate transaction occurred due to a billing gateway error.
• Unauthorized use: You report that your account was compromised (subject to verification).

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund or cancellation request, please contact our support team at admin@encalc.net or contact Paddle customer support directly within 14 days of your purchase. Please ensure you provide your name, email, and the Paddle order ID.

Since Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method via the Paddle platform.
