UZAM-412 (Moskvich)
The UZAM-412 is the 1.5-litre aluminium-block four from the Moskvich-412, and with an 82 mm bore against a 70 mm stroke it is distinctly oversquare — unusual for a Soviet road engine of its generation and the reason it was competitive in rallying. The preset runs 8.8:1 compression and a relatively high rpm figure. It is a useful contrast case against the VAZ presets: similar displacement, quite different geometric philosophy, and the P-V diagrams show what that means for the shape of the torque curve. The calculator returns the full cycle plus the crank-train forces.

Notes for modelling
- Compare the mean piston speed against the VAZ-2106 preset at the same rpm — the shorter stroke is the whole story.
